I didn't download it at first because in the past things like this has either slowed my computer down or was really big. However that was not my experience with swagbucks. It didn't slow my computer down one bit and didn't take up too much space. Best of all I am earning points to cash in for prizes or gift cards. However you don't have to download anything to sign up and still earn. It just makes it so much easier to have the tool bar with the search up at the top of your page.
